Annual exhibition of the SCHIESSLHAUS AiR 2022

The climax of the SCHIESSLHAUS AiR Program 2022 is the annual exhibition COMMON SPACE, which will be on display at the ALTES SPITAL in Viechtach from November 19 to November 27, 2022. In this joint exhibition, selected works by all guest artists of the first residency year will be presented to the public. The artworks were developed and realized during the residencies. They include paintings, video and sound installations, sculptures and objects made of wood, foam, textile and living matter, as well as traditional and recent photography and printing techniques. The exhibition is curated by Anna-Helena Klumpen and Katrin Savvulidi, Artistic Directors of the SCHIESSLHAUS AiR.

Afterwards, at 9 p.m., a music program organized by Olli Zilk will take place on the stage of the ALTES SPITAL, with live concerts by the bands CARPET and MOUNT RUSH.

The annual exhibition opens on November 19, 2022 with a public vernissage, which will also be attended by the curators, artists and numerous project participants.
